Cancellation on your part
These are the costs if you cancel the booked course.
The total amount are the costs of the course and the accommodation. (All courses start on sunday, de cancellation counts from every sunday before the starting date)
Cancellation more then 8 weeks before the start of the course: 15% of the total amount.
Cancellation 8 -5 weeks before the start of the course: 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation 5-3 weeks before the start of the course: 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation 3-1 weeks before the start of the course: 70% of the total amount.
Cancellation in the last week feore the start of the course: 85% of the total amount.
You are advised to take out a travel/ cancellation insurance policy.
Cancellation by Karidiès
Karidiès reserves the right to cancel the course in the case of insufficient bookings. Should this be necessary then you will be informed as quickly as possible and 8 weeks before the beginning of the course at the latest, all monies including the registration fee will then be refunded.
