Subscription:
Booking is accepted on receipt
of the registration fee of € 275,-, and confirmation and the bill for the remaining
fee will be sent within 2 weeks of receipt. Bookings are taken in order
of payment. The registration fee will be refunded should the course be
full on application. The remaining fee must be paid at the latest 8 weeks before the beginning of the course. Karen de Vries reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment
of the fee by this date. In which case the booking fee is not re-fundable
and the terms of cancellation will be applied.

Share a room
It is possible to share a room with a fellow participant in the course. Just tell Karidiès and she will try to make a match.
Fellow travellors
If you travel with someone and wish to share a room it will be the same as the participant fee for a double room. Karidiès accounts on top of that € 200,- including orginisation as well as overhead costs and participation in common dinners.
You will be receiving information about the surroundings as well as everything possible in order to go your own way.
If your fellow traveller wishes to participate including excursions extra costs will be accounted.
Extra costs
Flight: A direct flight from Amsterdam to Athens will cost about € 200,- - € 480,- depending on the period and time of booking.
Transfer: Train to Korinthos and a taxi from Korinthos to Epidavros: € 58,-.
Taxi form the airport to Epidavros: € 175,-.
By bus: € 13,-.
Dinners: € 10,- - € 20,- depending on what you eat.
Lunch: € 5,- tot € 10,- depending on what you eat.
Travelcosts for excursions: To the Theatre of Epidavros and Nafplion: € 6,-
Tickets for the Theatre: € 20,-/ € 50,-

Conditions
of cancellation
These are the costs when you cancel your course and accommodation.
(The courses start on a sunday, so the cancellationdates start also on a sunday)
Cancellation more then 8 weeks prior to the start of the course: 15% of the total amount.
Cancellation 8 untill 5 weeks prior to the start of the course: 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation 5 untill 3 weeks prior to the start of the course: 50% of the total amount.
Cancellation 3 untill 1 week prior to the start of the course: 70% of the total amount.
Cancellation in the last week prior to the start of the course: 85% of the total amount.
We advise you to take a travel- and cancellation insurance policy.
Cancellation by Karidiès
Karen de Vries reserves the right to cancel the course in the case of insufficient bookings.
Should this be necessary then you will be informed as quickly as possible and
8 weeks before the beginning of the course at the latest, all monies including the registration fee will then be refunded
